LUIS PALACIOS

A retired State Tax Inspector, lawyer, economist, and Ph.D. in the History of Political Thought. He has held various high-level positions in the General State Administration and was the CFO and CEO of the Sociedad General de Autores y Editores. Currently, he works independently in the field of taxation affecting various activities within the music industry, as well as in the field of intellectual property.
