Together with her team, Connie provides a comprehensive service covering everything from creative searches, budgeting, and negotiations to final delivery according to producers’ and distributors’ requirements. ThinkSync addresses all musical needs, both on and off camera—from niche playlists to renowned artists, including hiring choirs and musicians or coordinating on set with different departments to ensure the smooth operation of any music-related production. The services also include the sourcing, negotiation, and supervision of composers when required. The ThinkSync team is composed of Claire Munro (Licensing Manager), GeorgiaMae Bromley (Music Coordinator), and Paddy Orr (Music Researcher).
