Borja Homs

Partner at INEO CORPORATE, Borja is a chemical engineer, married, father of two girls and a music lover. After dedicating more than 20 years to renewable energies, he joined INEO Corporate M&A Boutique in 2019 to lead projects in energy, environment and sustainability. His link with music has long made him interested in the existing investment instruments in the industry, participating both personally and the clients of his firm, whom he advises on this matter, in private investment operations of tax incentives, in order to promote and enhance the development of the sector.
