YERAI CORTÉS

Born in Alicante in 1995, Yerai Cortés is part of the new generation of artists who are taking flamenco to unknown and exciting territories. Despite his youth, Yerai already has a vast career that has led him to collaborate with artists from various genres. He has worked with flamenco innovators and transgressors like Rocío Molina, as well as musicians from different latitudes like Judeline, Ralphie Choo, Lola Índigo, and C. Tangana, whom he accompanied on his legendary “Sin cantar ni afinar” tour. Now, Yerai arrives at Alhambra Monkey Week to present his show “Guitarra Coral,” with which he promises to expand the boundaries of flamenco and take the audience on an unparalleled sonic journey.
