MADMESS

Madmess is the favorite Portuguese trio of the European heavy psych scene, mixing mysticism and a nurturing but dominant rock and roll, capable of dismembering its own structure in a wild jam. Following a prophetic path, their sound fuses the essential influences of rock that burns (Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath or Pink Floyd) with contemporary stoner riffage and touches of krautrock. With two acclaimed albums, they arrive at the festival presenting their third and most recent work, The Third Coming, a fluid 36-minute journey that explores the limits of their own music, confirming their unmistakable and never chameleon-like imprint.
