Baiuca is the electronic project that is breaking molds and filling venues wherever it goes. Since its debut in 2018, blending cutting-edge electronics with the rich musical tradition of Galicia, it has achieved an almost mythical status. It’s not just a local phenomenon; Baiuca has taken its magic to over a dozen countries, crossing borders and captivating ears from all corners of the globe. Collaborations with names like Nicola Cruz, Rodrigo Cuevas, Chancha Via Circuito, Barry Can’t Swim, Timmy Trumpet, Matías Aguayo, Carlangas, and El Búho have catapulted its influence to another level. Each live performance is a unique experience: whether with machines, controllers, and synthesizers, in a live band format with traditional musicians and a video artist, or in the AV Show that adds a hypnotic visual layer. In 2024, Baiuca will not only gift us their third album but will also present a new show with a revamped staging, more live musicians, and a production that promises to leave everyone speechless.
