Raquel and Ane met while creating. Two quick, restless, and passionate minds that share much more than a love for music. Since their first self-released EP “80/B,” Pinpilinpussies have grown their live act with many concerts (more than 100 and with a pandemic in between!) and sharing the stage with numerous bands that have not yet managed to shake their obsession with Courtney Barnett. That’s how they define themselves: “Lo-Fi style. A bit of Sleater-Kinney, a bit of Bikini Kill, but more chill. Add a little Courtney Barnett. Garage-pop with a post-punk attitude. Songs for pogo dancing with a few ballads. Raw sound and all.” In the midst of the COVID crisis, they composed the 13 tracks that make up “Hypochondria,” their second album, released by Aloud Music in 2022, where they take a giant step in the search for the perfect hit. With it, they perform at Primavera Sound, BIME, Madcool, tour with Pup and The Psychotic Monks, open for Protomartyr… and now present their new single “Todo saldrá mal.” Wild, raw, and incendiary, they prove once again that they are at their best.
